Have a 5th floor patio area where you get even more views of the market and water. They light up the fire pits during colder seasons so you can hangout too. The hotel is literally steps away from the market. Easy access to train station too. Would highly recommend if you are willing to pay a little more for the location and views. '

'My recent stay at The State Hotel in downtown Seattle was exceptional. The proximity of the hotel to the market was so cool, plus tons of Seattle highlights within walking distance. The hotel interior has so much charm, the Ben Paris Cafe was tasty and convenient, and the staff was friendly and very accommodating. I would be elated to stay here again!!'

It has a different vibe about it that is comfortable, there is drip coffee served in the morning and into noon, which is much welcomed. If you have concerns about noise from the downstairs, they have ear plugs both in rooms and in the common area. '
