the beds are super comfy we just found the rooms to be a little outdated, the chairs are incredibly dirty and should actually be changed out, no way to get those clean enough, shower was large and nice and hot again just some little things that could really make this place special we were here 11 years ago and we will be back because you can’t beat the view or location

Room was clean, property quiet and conveniently located with fantastic view of the bay. Bathroom door needed to be replaced as it looked like it had previously been broken into with hole kicked in on one side and cracks around door lock and middle of door on the other side.

Staff was friendly, room was mostly clean, found apple stem laying on the half wall. Needs some updating, curtain lining is coming off, no screen on the window. A musty smell to the whole place. No air conditioning, though there was a ceiling fan. Parking is limited and a little tight to maneuver in.

It was clean, it is just very worn out and needs to be updated, we had a ocean view but it is at the very end so no waves(the whole point of going to the beach) also ice machine was broken. Oh and the parking lot is very small and hard to move around if you have a bigger car or truck.

Great access to beach and Mo's restaurant. Bed was comfortable, fan in room was great. Slept with sliding door slightly open and it stayed nice and cool. Great view from balcony, but railing was shaky and had caution tape on it. Shower pressure wasn't good. Overall, stay was ok.

Paid for ocean view and couldn’t see the ocean unless you look through the railings under the pier if the tide was in. Definitely not able to see the ocean from the first floor. Bay view was amazing.

Really can’t comment about stay as they “said they emailed me a few days before stay” but I did not get anything and then they cancelled my reservation and then tried to charge my card. When I called while I was on way there they said it was canceled and that they had to fix the jet tub and they could add us to another room but only for one night, so we had to find another hotel last min on Mother’s Day weekend. Would have been fine if they actually tried to contact me. They had my phone number but said they emailed…. Had no email and proof of them trying to charge my card when they cancelled my reservation… not cool.

The woman who checked us in whom lives on site was so incredibly friendly! The view from our room window was just so that we had a view of both the beautiful bay but the ocean as well. The area around the property is breathtaking and when tide is low you can walk across quite a ways.

After speaking to a very nice and friendly staff member Saturday evening, i realized i booked the wrong date. She at that time checked to confirm all other reservations. She told me not to cancel through Expedia but to call them, which i did. She also said she would not charge me for my error. Very kind. The next day, charges were on my card. I called and explain to OYO what was told to me. They gave me the run around and said someone would call me. No one had. I get i made an error but i was told i wouldn't be charged and i feel they should keep their word. Customer service is important, don't just hand me off to your call center.

It was ok for a night stay went to a concert so was only in it for about 10 hours but it is dirty the room was ok stained carpet and just run down the parking was not great or easy we took my wife’s car which I’m glad we did my truck would have never fit in their parking area the free breakfast was not what I would call breakfast but it was ok for a night at the coast only reason we stayed there was because the place we normally stay at was full so. But don’t think it was worth the hundred plus dollars for the stay

I have never stayed at a hotel/motel that waits until housekeeping for ALL rooms are complete and checked. 5 groups lined up in line to check-in. If your room is ready, there is no reason not to check-in early if you have a reservation. Otherwise, the room was nice and clean.

Kim, the check-in desk clerk was very helpful & friendly. Hotel is old, but reasonably well maintained. Some plumbing repairs (taps, sink plugged, etc) are needed. Excellent dinner at Mo's restaurant just 300 m away.

Amazing location. Right next to a nice restaurant and backed on to the beach. There’s a fun activity where Lincoln City hides locally blown glass floats along the beach to be found. The property is a little older, but is beautiful and authentic. Very safe feeling area. Loved the quality and quantity of soaps. Breakfast was basic self serve, no complaints. Parking is limited and tight for trucks/larger SUVs. The shower head was unpleasant and there was a ton of woman’s hair stuck to the far wall in the shower. Overall would stay again but would check over the room on arrival
