Welcome to Ridgetop, your home away from home! Located in Lincoln City, this beautiful oceanfront home is perfect for you and five guests, with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms! This rustic home offers incredible views off of the large personal deck, where you and your family can kick up your feet and watch the waves crash against the shore or catch a gorgeous Oregon coast sunset! This three-story home offers you and your guests space to be apart and plenty of room to come together, whichever you're in the mood for! On the main level of the home, you'll find a comfortable living room with couches, chairs, a TV, and even a fireplace for those cold winter days! The deck can be accessed from the living room area. In the dining area, you'll find a fully functional kitchen with a dining room table with more than enough seating. The primary bedroom can also be found on this floor, with a queen-sized bed and a personal bathroom with a tub and shower combo. Travel upstairs to the top floor and you'll find an open loft area with two sleeping areas. One section is perfect for the kids, complete with a set of bunk beds, while the other section contains a queen-size bed. Please note that these two sleeping areas do not have a door between them, as this is an open floor plan layout. There is also a shared bathroom on this floor for these rooms. Travel downstairs to the bottom level, and you'll find a bonus area with a foosball table and a large flat-screen TV. This area is perfect for the kids or the entire family during those rainy Oregon days. You'll also find a half bath along with a washer and dryer down here. The garage offers parking for one vehicle. You'll find beach access a couple of blocks away down a long flight of stairs. If this is too steep for your family, please note that Lincoln City offers several beach access points all throughout the city. An easy and fun place to see the Pacific is from the Siletz Bay, located in the Taft district at the south end of Lincoln City. Amazing View

The property was as described. We had one issue, and it was resolved promptly. Communication was amazing. The walk to beach access was short and the stairs were nice concrete stairs. bed on main level was nice. Beds up top were extremely firm. The place is very cozy and super cute. View was amazing.

There was only 5 folks and 4 knives. It needs more silverware and serving bowls. There was only 1. The windows were so dirty you had to go outside to see the ocean. There is a leak in the ceiling in the upstairs bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay and the location was great. The views were great inside and outside! The table was big enough for all of to gather around. However, the beds were very uncomfortable and there was little to no privacy for the bedrooms. The BBQ was un-usable. The deck was much smaller than appeared in the pictures and the chairs were broken.

Perfect Lincoln City Retreat!

The house is great, amazing ocean and beach views. Loved the living room large enough for everyone to have a spot to hang out at the end of a long day beaching. Very likely we will rent this house again for our next LC trip!

Nice views from high-bank beach home. The house was not clean. There were no extra garbage bags, so we dumped the trash directly into the bin and save the bag. Quite a walk to get to the beach - good if you want to get your steps in. We had a good time and would recommend, with some caveats, this property. If you're picky about cleanliness, don't go here.

Stunning view!

The kitchen was well-stocked, the furniture comfy and the house was warm and inviting. We had gale force winds and rain during two days of our stay and the house was very cozy with no draftiness. This home would be difficult for someone who has problems navigating stairs but it wasn't an issue for us. There was one drawback - the TV is not a smart TV. The view made up for it. We would definitely stay here again!

The house is in a great location and has an amazing view. We traveled with our three young children; I would not recommend staying with children younger than 2. There are so many stairs and sharp edges, but more importantly, the railing upstairs is fairly low and has huge gaps in the rails. My 18 month old would be able to squeeze right through. That being said, if we weren’t traveling with our youngest, we would have no complaints.

View of the ocean was amazing. Having three bathrooms was nice. Two downsides. Only one of the three bedrooms had a door. The other two were wide open and offered no privacy. Did not pick this up in the ad and photos. Front door knob sliced my right index finger open. When you depress the knob from the outside, there is a sharp area that tries to catch your finger.

Thanksgiving 2021

We were very happy with the property. Wonderful views, cozy house, and the kitchen was well stocked with the right utensils for us to prepare a traditional Thanksgiving feast! A coffee carafe would have been nice, but a trip to the store for coffee pods to use in the new Keurig worked ok.. Overall we’re very pleased with our stay. The weather was unbelievable which made it even better than expected.

Family beach weekend

We stayed here with parents and 3 and 8 year old kids. The view is gorgeous, the walk to the beach is short and easy (if you're ok with stairs) and the beds are comfortable. You should be aware that the house is VERY open plan (it's almost one big room) and the upper bunk has no railing.

Pros and cons

Pros: convenient location and great views, decent array of dinnerware, pots and pans. Nice selection of games, DVD’s and books. Clean bathrooms, comfortable beds. Washer/dryer useful. Enclosed, spacious one-car garage. We arrived after 5 pm, to ensure ample time for rental tone ready. We had a lovely time. Actually my first VRBO so-so review after many rentals. I’m usually a very satisfied guest. Cons: parts of the home were not well cleaned at all. Lazy housekeeping. Minimal privacy. The upstairs has two sleeping areas, completely open, so describing them as “bedrooms” is not accurate. The top bunk is high and unsafe, even for a teen, without a railing, and the bunk was not made, even though our reservation specified two children would be staying. Really? For a four-night stay, there were three dishwasher pods. I called property management to request additional pods for remaining day and departure day since guests are expected to run dishwasher when leaving. The reply I received was laughable. If they leave too many, a guest might take them home. No pods were delivered. Which means, dirty dishes folks. I’m on vacation. All I wanted was enough for each day I paid a good sum to stay at the rental. I used the washing machine for clothes, used one pod, and was not tempted to steal the remaining three. Amount of Flatware is scant.

Great 4th of July

This was a great place! Location was only a short drive to places up and down the coast. Checkin was so simple using a lockbox and neighborhood was quiet yet walkable to beach access or to a great restaurant called Mo’s. Beds were very comfortable with plenty of towels and a well equipped kitchen. Place was clean and pictures were accurate. Nice deck with chairs for spectacular beach watching. TV and DVD player directions in manual were not correct but we figured it out. Beach access was a very long and steep steps so would suggest short drive and park at beach by MO’s. Directions were on the refrigerator. Would definitely return to this beach house.
