'We had a great stay at Stony Rise Lodge! We booked in advance and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to the Executive Suite on arrival. The property is well appointed, comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast each morning. 'Cabin was booked and premium paid for with a Sea view as per receipt. The cabin supplied was for a river view, very disappointing. Reception at Big 4 Park offered no assistance or compensation, just blamed Hotels.com even though our receipt showed a sea view. Have not been able to get any assistance from Hotels.com for compensation at this time.'
