The Space:

The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms. The first features a queen-size bed, while the second offers two single beds, making it ideal for couples, families or friends travelling together. Both bedrooms also have their own private balconies, giving you even more space to enjoy the fresh coastal air.



For those combining work with their stay, the dedicated office provides a quiet and comfortable workspace, while also featuring a sofa bed for additional sleeping space. The living room also has a sofa bed, offering extra flexibility for larger groups.



The apartment includes one full bathroom and an additional separate toilet for added convenience.

Your check-in details will be unlocked once verification is complete, with your access code released a few hours before arrival, ensuring a seamless and secure check-in experience.

The property is perfectly situated for exploring Agios Tychonas and the surrounding coastline, with beaches, popular beach bars, restaurants, cafés and supermarkets all within walking distance. For those looking to explore further, local bus routes run just outside the apartment, making it easy to reach nearby areas and the centre of Limassol. Taxis are also readily available whenever you need one. While you can enjoy plenty of the local area on foot, a car is recommended for maximum convenience, especially if you plan to explore more of Cyprus. The property has its own dedicated parking space, making coming and going simple and hassle-free.



Other Things to Note:

Parking



Parking is available in the building’s car park. Please park in any of the spaces directly in front of the Diamon Paintings shopfront.

Some parking spaces may have cones in them. These spaces are reserved for residents and our guests, so please feel free to move a cone and park in one of these spaces. If there are no other spaces available at the time, you are welcome to use any of the coned spaces.



Self-Catering & Starter Kit



The property is offered as self-catering accommodation rather than a hotel, giving you the freedom and flexibility to enjoy your stay at your own pace. To help you settle in, we provide a complimentary starter kit with the essentials for your arrival, including toilet roll, tea, coffee, sugar, coffee pods where applicable, a bottle of water, shower gel, shampoo and basic cleaning essentials. The starter kit is intended to get you settled in at the beginning of your stay. Please note that edible cooking ingredients such as salt, pepper, oil and other food items are not provided. Consumable items are also not replenished throughout your stay. There are supermarkets, shops, bakeries and other amenities nearby where you can easily purchase anything else you may need.



Cleanliness Standards



Our professional team ensures the property is thoroughly cleaned and prepared before every arrival. Freshly laundered and professionally ironed bed linen and towels are provided, so you can enjoy a clean, comfortable and welcoming space from the moment you arrive.



Travelling with Little Ones



Children under 2 stay free of charge. A travel cot is available for €20 per stay and includes a fitted bottom sheet and towel. A highchair can also be provided for €10 per stay. Please request these in advance so we can have them prepared for your arrival.



Need Flexibility?



Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request through your guest portal for an additional fee, subject to availability.



Verification & Check-In



For security and compliance purposes, all guests are required to upload a valid ID and sign a short-term rental agreement before check-in. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a secure link to your personal guest portal, where you can complete the required verification. Once the verification process has been completed, your check-in details will be released. For security purposes, the property's access code will only be provided one hour before your scheduled check-in time.

The link provided in your check-in message will take you to your personal guest portal, where you’ll find everything you need for your stay in one convenient place. Your portal includes your property guide, check-in and check-out instructions, and a local guidebook with recommendations for things to do, places to visit, restaurants and more. You can also use your guest portal to request or purchase additional services during your stay, including extra cleaning, fresh linen and towels, early check-in or late check-out, where available.
