Elegant studio just steps from the beach, near Lignano Pineta center and Lignano Riviera. The residence has a private garden, an elevator, and shared washing machine. The apartment is suitable for four guests as it features a living room with double sofa bed and a comfy double bed. It also includes a nice kitchen corner with a microwave, one bathroom with a shower box, and a large furnished terrace. It is equipped with A/C, Wi-Fi, a safe, satellite TV, and a one designated parking space per booking. Garage available on request for an extra fee. From 20/09/2025 to 20/05/2026, gas and electricity are paid at check-out based on actual usage: gas 1 Euro per cubic meter, electricity 1 Euro per kWh.
