On the lower level, you will find a living/sleeping room with a double sofa bed and satellite TV, as well as access to a terrace. There is also a double bedroom with a dressing room and another room with two beds. Additionally, there is a shower and toilet on this level.

The Houseboat Lagoon comes equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation stay. It features air conditioning and forced-air heating for climate control. The open kitchen is well-appointed with two induction hot plates, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine.
