Our flat is located in a welcoming residence with lift, custodian, spacious garden and pools for adults and children, only 50mt from the beach. It features two terraces, a living/dining area with a sofa bed, a kitchen corner, a bedroom with a double plus a single bed, and a bathroom with a shower box. Suitable for up to 4 guests. Equipped with TV, and one uncovered and numbered parking spot.

*The property is not equipped with sheets, towels, blankets and linen in general.
