'Very Nice room with fire place and Windows that made it feel like an appartment. But hallways are very very noisy. We had bad luck that we had a group of very inconsistente people that kept shouting and screaming in the hallways but it felt like they were in our room. No sound proofing at all'

'From check in to check out our experience with Otter Hotel was fantastic. We were greeted with warm smiles and friendliness. My girlfriend was wished a happy birthday and when we got to our room there was a special birthday message for her. The rooftop hot pool was absolutely amazing and the rooftop heated floor was great. Our view was very nice and room was clean. The underground parking has a clearance of 7 feet so my truck fit with no issues and the complimentary bus passes allowed us explore...

'Sfeer, locatie, vriendelijke staf, goed restaurant. Fijn ruim balkon. Minder goed: kamer 1102 wat gedateerd, en de douchecabine lekte. Hier was al iemand voor langsgekomen, maar daarna was het nog niet opgelost. '

'TV was kapot, maar werd goed opgelost door een gratis ontbijt. De deur naar balkon sluit niet, en dus trok het waardoor de verwarming dag en nacht bleef draaien om het warm te houden...'

'Price/quality is not right. The room was quite outdated and had an odd smell. We had to change our plans due to the closure of Jasper so booked last minute. Prices were sky high in Banff anyway but this hotel looked okay. On a positive note: room was quite big and there’s a (small) swimming pool, which the kids enjoyed till late at night. '

'Niet zo'n luxe hotel, maar wel centraal gelegen tussen de winkelstraten. Goed bed en goede douche. Parkeren moet in de openbare parkeergarage achter het hotel.'
