'The welcome staff and the restaurant staff and housekeeping were top notch. I was disappointed in the pool staff who brought drinks. There were may times we were trying to get food or drinks and often got walked past. The drinks were not very good. Our room had banging sounds in the air conditioning and for three days we got cold water. We brought the problems to the front desk and the response was thanks. We are aware.
