« Our room was spotless and very nice set up. The refrigerator in the room was rather noisy when it ran but otherwise all was good. Excellent front desk staff upon check in. We had a big vehicle and towing a truck and they helped us figure out where to park and gave us several options. Very courteous and helpful! Would stay again! »

« The AC was good, the room was clean, nice fitness room, quiet, lovely location in downtown Lincoln. I do wish the room had contained a desk and light to allow us to set up a laptop and work more comfortably, but the room was otherwise very neat, comfortable and quiet. Also appreciated having covered parking adjacent to the hotel. Would definitely come back. »

« The hotel overall was great. Conveniently located for our needs. My only suggestion is to make sure to keep up on maintenance. The room we stayed in; a couple of the hooks on the wall were broken or loose and the drain in the shower was not draining properly. Other than that everything was good! »

« Let’s start with the positives! The rooms are adorable like the pictures show! They feel cleaner than a hotel and the beds and bedding were very comfortable!!! Another huge positive was the quietness. I was in my room frequently and never felt annoyed by closing doors or people being loud! So, in those ways The Herbie was a great choice!!!! « What a beautiful historical home, meticulously restored and furnished. Excellent location, safe neighborhood, easy access to restaurants. Nice bath sheets and linens including bathrobes. Lovely. We were on the third floor in room 7-Norma. If you can’t climb stairs, be sure to get a room on a lower floor. The only suggestion I have is to extend breakfast hours. Breakfast is served from 8-9.
