'Our stay with extended family was excellent. Four very nice bedrooms ( we didn’t use the 5th one) a kitchen, a living room, a dining room and a terrace with a view makes it a very spacious house. The garden including the swimming pool was very nice as well. A small drive to the beach or other nearby sites. In short a very very good holiday destination.'

'Wir (2 Familien, 4 Erw., 3 Jugendl.) waren in den ersten beiden Oktober-Wochen 2024 in Custonaci. Das Haus liegt in einer Siedlung mit vielen Ferienhäusern nahe am Strand von Custonaci. In dieser Jahreszeit sind nicht mehr viele der Häuser bewohnt und es ist in Custonaci selbst nicht mehr sehr viel los. Es gibt aber gute offene Restaurants (z.B. La Lampara di Cornino). Der Strand von Custonaci bzw. Cornino ist mind. in dieser Jahreszeit nicht der schönste. Aber es gibt in ca. 30-45 Autominuten...

'We booked last minute and the house was better than expected. It is actually two connected homes which was perfect for us as we were two families. The outdoor seating area is very beautiful. The home has been very carefully restored with a lot of lovely details. We were worried the pool would be small but it's well designed and we all really enjoyed it. The most important sights of the area are within 30 minutw drive. We had a fantastic stay. '

'Belle demeure ancienne, bien entretenue dotee d'un joli jardin et d'une grande piscine.Ideale pour sejour tranquille en famille.Commerces à proximité mais voiture indispensable Seul.petit bemol: eau robinet non potable et donc multiples transferts fastidieux d'eau en bouteille necessaires pour un grand groupe . Je suggererais aux propriétaires d'organiser un approvisionnement massif avant l'arrivee des locataires'

'This home and host are awesome! The house is perfect for a family or two couples. Amazing view of the mountains to the bay. Great pool outdoor areas with barbecue. Quick drive to supermarket town and or beach. I recommend an suv with higher ground clearance for the local roads. We cooked went to multiple shops and beaches. Enjoyed the verandas and pool all week. Great escape. '

'We had a brilliant 10 days at Villa Fenice. From the warm greeting when we arrived, the host's recommendations for beaches and places to eat to the stunning views to wake up to every morning; our holiday was amazing.The accommodation is well equipped. The pool is great and cleaned regularly. There is plenty of outdoor space to eat and relax. There is a supermarket 6 minutes away which is well stocked. We couldn't have asked for more.
