« Bathroom had poo in the toilet and the bed was slept in. The rest of the room looked clean. Staff moved us to another room with stained chair and nasty remote and hairballs on carpet. We were part of a large group and no one else experienced the gross stuff. Rest of the Property was clean and continental breakfast was nice. »

« They were booked full when I got there at 430pm to check in. My room was not cleaned yet…which I would have forgiven them for even though I had to wait about 45 min until it was ready. But when I got to the room the bathroom smelled slightly of vomit. And later I found some spots that had been missed. The hotel itself is older, would have been ok for a cheaper hotel stay but I feel like having a bathroom that doesn’t smell of vomit is a minimum cleanliness threshold that any hotel should meet,...

« The staff were very accommodating and professional. The juice machine was broken throughout our 8 day stay, but the rest of breakfast was good. Our room was never cleaned/refreshed but we did receive fresh towels and more toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc. whenever we asked. We loved the location and used the hot tub daily. The roof was being replaced during our stay, but the construction hours were limited to daylight hours which was appreciated. »

« My review would be better if it pertained to the actual building but upon check-in, we discovered that the building was owned by the hotel across the large parking lot and all interactions with humans had to be done at that location. So we had to go across the large parking lot to check in, had to go across the large parking lot for our "free" (actually discounted) meal at their expensive restaurant with a very limited menu. As for the actual building, it felt old but clean. There was no staff...

« Property is dated and needs an upgrade. Doors were in rough shape barely blocking noise from the hallway. Staff was courteous and helped out with anything I needed. The room rate and location of the hotel was great. »
