'Dans le village médiaval de La Garde-Guérin, l'auberge (monument historique) est un lieu à part. La chambre quoique petite était très jolie, confortable, fonctionnelle. L'escalier en colimaçon pour y accéder est délicat avec une valise mais le patron, toujours aimable, est là pour aider. La cour intérieure, la salle de restaration, tout le cadre est là pour une plongée dans la Lozère d'autrefois. La cuisine est bonne même si l'on aimerait y trpouver plus de produits et de spécialités locales...

'We had a lovely stay in this cottage on the hill, from which we took walks in the beautiful surroundings. Along the paths we smelled rosemary, lavender and thyme. Wild cherries, prunes and mulberry. Chestnut trees. Plus the dog of the neighbors is a great playmate.'

'Warm welcome. Attractive room with excellent walk-in shower. Only downside was that the room was very cold all evening, but there was effective additional bed cover. Dinner was one of the best we’ve enjoyed - impeccable. Very good and copious breakfast with lots of local producers featured. '

'L’accueil à l’hôtel des Platanes est juste fabuleux. Gentillesse, attention, le petit- déjeuner est exceptionnellement avancé à 5h00 du matin le premier samedi de juin pour permettre de partir sur le trail de la Chaussée des Géants l’estomac plein. Un tout grand merci !'

'Fantastic hotel and a closed gate during the night, made it a safe place to park my convertible. Spa with sauna was very nice, and the food was great. I can recommend this hotel to everybody who enjoys sleeping outside the city center.'
