🌸 ROSE Holidays offers this charming holiday apartment, beautifully decorated, located on the 1st floor without a lift in the characterful residence "Villa Ma Folie", just a stone's throw from the Promenade of Les Sables d'Olonne.



Apartment that can accommodate up to 2 people, perfect for a couple's stay!

• Bright living room with sea view, equipped with a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a sideboard, a dining table (4 chairs) and Wi-Fi.

• Semi-open and fully equipped kitchen: oven, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine.

• Spacious bedroom with king-size bed (200x200), two bedside tables and wardrobe.

• Modern bathroom with shower, washbasin unit, towel dryer.

• Separate toilet.

• Laundry area with washing machine and cleaning supplies.

• Departure: by 10 AM at the latest

A late arrival service after 9 pm is available at an additional charge.

End-of-stay cleaning, bed and toilet linen included.



🧽 Exit Instructions – Mandatory

Please:

• Wash and put away the dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take out the rubbish

• Gather used laundry in the entrance

👉 Supplement if not complied with or deep cleaning required (AirCover or security deposit).



📩 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

• Instructions for arrival

• Digital welcome booklet: housing operation, Wi-Fi, type of coffee maker, parking tips 🚗, bin information ♻️
