'El hotel es agradable en general pero tiene cosas para mejorar. El entorno maravilloso en plena naturaleza. Limpieza buena y todo muy ordenado. Los "peros" de la estancia son la incomodidad de la cama, el desayuno poco organizado, ya que hay una persona atendiendo y sirviendo. La solución más práctica sería tenerlo preparado y expuesto para los clientes y que se sirvan al gusto. 'We had a great experience in a very idillic place up in Planoles. The views are exceptional, and the place is inviting, quier and nice. Personal is amazing and we had a great stay. The only thing we missed was a mosquito net (that we had last year but not this year), and a smallest bed tht would have made our stay more comfortable with a child, but it is a great place and we repeat every year'

'Nosotros no lo sabiamos, pero en la azotea, en la sala de la Luna, había un jacuzzi al aire libre. El hotel es encantador. Nosotros estuvimos en el edificio anexo. El bar de enfrente, L'Snack del Caçadors, es un sitio muy agradable para comer o tomar una copa oyendo el murmullo del Río Freser'
