'Parking is easy. The hotel is located in a very cute and small town. Right next to the hotel flows a strong flowing river, which gives it a romantic and calming atmosphere. The views are amazing overseeing the river, mountains and a little town square. The staff is utterly helpfull, respectfull and kind. The rooms are clean and well organised. The pool area is nice and has a little playground. It also oversees the mountains which is just perfect for relaxing. The breakfast is not that special,...

'Bei der Ankunft glaubt man nicht was sich hinter der Fassade verbirgt. Das Hotel ist modern ausgestattet das Personal ist freundluch und sehr hilfsbereiit und das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Ich war dort eine Nacht und bin mit dem Motorrad angereist. Ich würde dieses Hotel immer wieder wählen. '

'We had a great experience in a very idillic place up in Planoles. The views are exceptional, and the place is inviting, quier and nice. Personal is amazing and we had a great stay. The only thing we missed was a mosquito net (that we had last year but not this year), and a smallest bed tht would have made our stay more comfortable with a child, but it is a great place and we repeat every year'

'Beautiful, unique property on a very tranquil and scenic location. A 7,5 km drive up from the main road brings you to the top of the hill. Stunning finca with magnificent views and silence all around, pure heaven! The staff are brilliant, they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. True hospitality. 'Atención estupenda desde que llegamos al hotel. Habitación muy bonita y limpia. La cena estaba deliciosa. La piscina con vistas a la montaña es perfecta para relajarse y hacerse unas buenas fotos. El Spa muy bien mantenido y super relajante. 100/100 recomendado!! Hay una parte del camino para llegar hasta allí que no está asfaltado por lo que el terreno es irregular. No obstante, ha sido una estancia que nos ha encantado.'

'Gunstige ligging in hartje stad en toch stil . Zeer vriendelijk personeel dat ook goed Engels spreekt. Kamers zijn schoon en ruim voldoende om te overnachten. Ben hier al vaker geweest en zal hier ook nog vaker terugkomen !'

'A last minute booking brought us to this picturesque hotel with restaurant. On arrival we noticed it was quiet, just the birds. No movement. No people. No cars. Doors locked. The official season opening of the hotel/restaurant was in a week. Apparently we had booked the apartment on site. 'Erg goed en mooi hotel. Eén minpunt, bij de boeking wordt niets verteld dat je met de auto niet bij het hotel kan komen. Wij troffen een vriendelijke dame in de stad, zij heeft ons verteld welke P-garage het dichts bij het hotel lag en hoe we daarna moesten lopen. Zonder haar hadden we nog wel een tijdje rondjes gereden :-) Voor ons allemaal geen probleem, maar voor minder validen is het niet echt handig. Vic is een prachtige stad, mooie gebouwen, heel veel details en ‘s-avonds erg gezellig!'
