Set on 1500m² of land, this detached house is the last one at the end of a cul-de-sac leading into the woods. You will have a fully equipped kitchen (with oven, dishwasher, 4-burner induction hob, fridge-freezer, and microwave) opening onto the living room with TV, internet access, and a dedicated workspace ideal for remote work.

On the ground floor, you will find a first bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, a small shower room with shower and washing machine, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with the same furnishings: one with a 160x200cm bed and the other with a 90x190cm bed, as well as a large shower room with a walk-in shower and toilet.

Outside, there are two terraces: one in front of the house, sheltered from the southern sun, and another on the balcony, more exposed to the sun, accessible from the kitchen. On-site parking for 4 cars. Petanque court. Baby equipment available on request: travel cot and high chair. Thanks to the gîte's prime location, you can reach the department's main attractions in just a few minutes. In the village, you can choose to visit the Museum of Prehistory, the Grand Roc cave with its concretions, rent canoes, or explore the decorated caves of Combarelles and Font-de-Gaume. You'll be only 10 minutes from the Proumeyssac Abyss, 25 minutes from Sarlat or the Lascaux Cave, and 45 minutes from Périgueux, a city rich in Gallo-Roman remains.
