Between Maine-et-Loire and Deux-Sèvres, the village of Les Cerqueux offers an ideal location for a holiday with family or friends. Perfect for larger groups, with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a welcoming living area, this country house offers a pleasant, natural setting.

All on one level, the house features a 53m² living area comprising a fully equipped kitchen for 11 people with access to the garden, a large dining area, and a lounge with a television. From the lounge, the sleeping area leads to 4 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and vanity unit, and a separate toilet.

On the opposite side of the house is an entrance hall leading to a bathroom with a large shower and vanity unit, a separate toilet, and a 15m² bedroom with a desk and a small kitchenette (sink, refrigerator, microwave, hob, and coffee maker). In total, there are eight 90x200cm beds and three 90x190cm beds distributed among the bedrooms.

The house, renovated in 2024, offers comfort, modern amenities, and plenty of natural light.
