Nestled in the heart of Les Menuires, Réberty 1850 district, this cosy 18m² studio is your perfect alpine refuge for your next holiday. The Soldanelles residence is ideally located just a few steps from the ski slope that connects to the Bruyères district. This accommodation is a true little slice of paradise for ski and hiking enthusiasts.



It has a smart layout offering comfortable sleeping for 3 people, with a bunk bed (width 80 cm limited to 45 kg) and a sofa bed (width 80 cm), as well as a foldable trundle bed (width 80 cm). The kitchenette is fully equipped and will allow you to prepare delicious meals after an intense day on the slopes. You will find a refrigerator, ceramic hob, combination microwave grill, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all necessary utensils.



The bathroom with a shower and toilet completes this warm space, while the exposed balcony allows you to enjoy the morning light. The electric heating and roller shutters ensure your comfort during cool mountain evenings. A small cosy corner where rest and relaxation are the key words.



A Sherpa convenience store just 20 metres away, restaurants, sports shops, and ski slopes immediately accessible will appeal to you. You can also reach the dynamic Bruyères district on foot thanks to lifts and the public footbridge. A free shuttle allows you to reach the lively centre of La Croisette in just a few minutes. A stay that promises magical moments in the heart of the Alps!



Flexible floor throughout the apartment, high sleeping area not suitable for children under 6 years old, equipped with duvets, blankets and pillows, NON-SMOKING, animals admitted under conditions, electric shutters, NO WIFI, possibility of renting a 2-room apartment on the same landing.

Public parking outside. A file fee of €45 is to be expected from the agency.

Bed linen and towels are not provided. Possibility of renting them via our agency upon request. (single bed 20 €; double bed 25 € kit 2 towels 15€) End of stay cleaning not included, (possibility to order the service: 75 €). A deposit of €450 will be requested for key collection at the agency.
