La Cordée des Angles - Studio mezzanine

The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this mezzanine studio in the town of Les Angles, with views of the lake and mountains, just a 600-metre walk from the ski resort. It measures 33 m² and can accommodate up to 5 guests. Situated on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a 15 m² living area (with a wood-burning stove), a fully fitted kitchen, a shower room (with shower) and a garden of approximately 12 m².

The studio is laid out as follows:
- A 15 m² living area with a sofa bed (for one person), TV, wood-burning stove (wood not provided) and a dining area
- A fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bathroom with shower and vanity unit
- A separate toilet
- On the mezzanine (accessible via a staircase), two double beds (140×190)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot.

Outside:
- A private balcony of 3 m²
- A 12 m² garden shared with two neighbours, with garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days

The studio is ideally situated in Les Angles, in a very peaceful setting. A free shuttle bus stops right outside the residence. All local shops are within walking distance: a grocery shop, chemist’s, restaurant, butcher’s, bakery, sports shop…

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the studio’s private car park (unallocated spaces)

- Nearest airport: Perpignan Rivesaltes Méditerranée Airport, approximately 96 km away
- A shuttle bus is available from the foot of the residence to take you to the ski lifts.

Other notes:
- Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic).
- The wood-burning stove is in working order; wood is not provided, but you can buy some from the village shop.
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation.
