This large holiday home is in a quiet location in the 300-population village of Lenterode among wooded hills. It was first rented out in 2014. The house itself is equipped for 8 people with 4 double bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have washbasins with hot and cold water. An extra child's bed and tripod high chair are available. There is also an extra bedroom on the second floor so that expansion to 9 people is possible.

The house was completely renovated in 2014 and newly furnished. The decor and equipment is modern and comfortable. The beds are new and of a very good quality. There is a small library and lots of DVDs, videos and Playstation 2 games for both adults and children, so you will never be bored.
The house has a sitting / dining room, satellite TV with all Dutch TV and radio channels, DVD player and music system and wood burning stove and a separate modern large kitchen with dishwasher, combi microwave, fridge and a 4-burner stove with oven. WIFI is present. The kitchen is also equipped with a wood-burning stove and a dining table for 8 to 10 people. Of course, kitchen equipment such as toaster, coffee maker, kettle, contact grill and more. d. present. There is also a luxurious bathroom. The 4 double bedrooms (with full beds) and an additional toilet are located on the floor. Space in the attic for games including a pool table, shuffleboard and darts.
Garden, outdoor bar and outdoor kitchen and table tennis: In the more than 1000 m2 garden there are 3 large terraces and a playground. Because one of the attractive sides of a holiday is the outdoor life, there is an outdoor kitchen and outdoor bar. There is plenty of garden furniture, relax chairs, camp bed and two large tables for eating outside. There are materials available for Jeu de Boules, croquet, wells and badminton. In a covered area there is possibility for darts and a full table tennis table.
Swimming pool diameter 3 meters with swimming ladder is present in the summer but must be maintained by the tenants themselves.
The surrounding area: The immediate surroundings of the house are ideal for cycling trips and walks that can be started directly from the house. All of Eichsfeld is a walking and cycling paradise. In the winter you can count on a few weeks of snow. The Hohe Meissner (675m), 25 km away, is very snow-sure and is perfect for cross-country skiing and winter walks in the snow. In Uder, two kilometers away, there is a municipal swimming pool with a slide, which is open from an outside temperature of 18C. You will also find an extensive range of shops in Uder, 3 supermarkets, bakers, butchers, cafés, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors etc. Heilbad Heiligenstad is 8 km from the house with the complete range of shops and restaurants that you can expect from a provincial town. Like Uder, this city can be reached via car-free cycle paths. From the house you can walk straight into the vast forests. The beautiful nature offers new possibilities every season. Details: The house is designed as a low-allergy non-smokers' home. There is nowhere floor covering or other dust-producing materials. Smoking is (must) outside or in the outside kitchen / outside bar. Halogen heaters are present there during the winter season. Pets are therefore not allowed. Due to the height differences not suitable for wheelchair users. Distance to the Dutch border 350 km. In the area there is really a lot to do and see: swimming pools, museums, copper mines, drasine, bear park, cures in thermal baths, dozens of monumental towns and villages and impressive nature. Rental prices based on 6 people: € 80 per day, School holiday weeks and high season (July and August) € 90 per day. Extra adult persons € 10 per person per day. Extra children from 6 to 18 years € 5 per person per day. Extra children up to 6 years free. The rental price is excluding energy costs of approximately 4 -6 euros per day outside the heating season, increasing to € 10 per day in severe winter periods and when using the two wood stoves (wood included in the rental price). Discounts apply for rentals from two weeks outside the high season.
