« Great location. Up to date amenities in the kitchen and bath. Nice common area. The kids room had bunks as described. Communication with the host was good. It’s a cute place. A few things to note that affected my enjoyment. There are missing curtains/blinds in the common area where the pull out couch is located. « Condo location is great—very centrally located and convenient to get to everything. Room was clean and well maintained. Host is responsive and accommodating. Would call out space is a little tight for a family of 4 but works well for a quick weekend trip. »

« Condo in great location for skiing and really in good shape. Nicely decorated. Kids loved the moose toy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Perfect winter break for us. »

« When we entered the room, there was a very bad smell of stale air, dust, and dampness. Many areas were dusty, and the kitchen utensils were incredibly dirty—we couldn’t even touch them. The bathroom was old, the water pressure was very low, and the sink was clogged. The bed was uncomfortable, with one side sunken in. The sheets and pillows did not seem to have been washed, and the duvet was thrown inside the closet. We could not spend any time in the room at all and only came back to sleep. »

« The condo worked for our family of four. Really convenient to all the fun and amenities at Jiminy Peak and easy access to the condo from the parking lot made moving ski equipment really easy. The condo itself could use a refresh and a deep clean but otherwise it was adequate. »

« The heating system was not working properly. One room was very very cold while other room was very hot . The unit may have been remodeled years ago but it had not been maintained. The dresser in the bedroom was falling apart and the kitchen draws were disgusting. There was dirt, crumbs, and partially used ketchup packages.
