Welcome to the house 25! We offer a renovated apartment with living & dining room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with walk-in shower. The apartment has a 6-meter covered loggia facing south, on which a provided electric grill may be used. In the living room you will find a large corner sofa, which can be used as an extra bed, a satellite TV, a radio and a bookshelf. A large dining table completes the living and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove incl. An oven, a microwave, a coffee machine and a dishwasher are also provided. Kettle, toaster, hand mixer and the usual kitchen utensils are available. A fridge freezer is also available. In the bedroom overlooking the golf course, there is a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and storage for your clothes. A cot and a high chair can be booked. A bathroom with walk-in shower completes the apartment. Hair dryer, bed linen and towels are available. The apartment with a separate entrance is located on the 1st floor. OG. On the ground floor of the house live the landlord. Bicycle shed and carport for a car are available. Individual arrangements such as smoker evenings or similar can be requested. Pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment.
