'The staff here are fantastic! I swear some of them must work 24 hour days as they are always there an available. They are quick with a smile and assistance, even in English, which was limited on the island. They were helpful in arranging transport and laundry as well as just checking in. The room was spacious, impeccably clean and the balcony was a real treat with views of the ocean and a warm breeze. I chose not to have daily service on my room, just occasional. I liked having a choice....

And there are no words for how wonderful the staff are. There English is amazing! The classes are definitely working and they went out of their way to ensure you had an amazing time and had everything you needed. 'Top notch food, customer service, facilities, and atmosphere. The food is delicious and rotates every meal. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean. Customer service is great and the staff do their best to accommodate. We had a 4 year old and a 9 month old and they put an extra bed in the room for us. 'Prachtig hotel, groots, mooie tuin tussen de verschillende gebouwen. Ligt letterlijk aan de zee, strand is zo goed als privé. Eten zn cocktails zijn superlekker. Communicatie met personeel verliep wat stroever, ontbijt was niet doorgegeven, kluis blokkeerde en was 12u wachten vooraleer de reservesleutel kon gehaald worden, vertrek en info naar uitstapjes was wat vaag. '

'Een prachtig resort met enorme en mooie kamers. Een mooi zwembad en lekkere ligbedjes aan zee. Verder is ook een bezoekje aan de spa voor bijvoorbeeld een massage een aanrader!! Enige minpunt: het eten is niet geweldig. Geen bijzondere menukaart en de smaak is soms een beetje saai. '

'Everything about the resort was good. Very clean and in good shape. There was some resturants in the area that was cheeper but the high quality on the resort meals was worth the price difference! There was a short walk to the beach and it was nice to go for walks along the beach.'
