Safety & Security: For your peace of mind, four exterior security cameras monitor the perimeter (front door, driveway, deck/yard). There are no indoor or private-area cameras.

HOUSE RULES
○ There is no smoking of any kind inside the house and on the decks/patios. Any violation of this policy requires guest to pay a $750 Ozone Fee per occurrence.
○ If you do not check out on time, you will be charged $100 per 25-minute increment past 10:00am.
○ NO PETS ALLOWED.
○ No parties or events without prior approval
○ Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
○ Please supervise children at all times especially around hot tub, sauna, and fire pit
○ Treat our house like your own. You will be charged for any broken or misplaced items.
HOT TUB RULES
○ Must be 18 years old to enter hot tub
○ You must shower before entering hot tub
○ No glass in or around hot tub
○ Consult your physician before entering hot tub
○ No lifeguard on duty. Enter at your own risk
○ Cover hot tub when done.
○ No sunscreen, self-tanner, sweat, or any creams can be on your body when entering hot tub.
○ Do Not enter hot tub after walking around bare footed, tracking dirt and grass into hot tub will make the hot tub unsanitary and you will not be able to use it.
○ If you don't follow these rules and the hot tub must be drained you will be charged $250 for it to be drained and cleaned.
Guest Access
Guests will have access to the entire property and all the amenities. Your check-in will be keyless utilizing smart locks to access.
