Asheville is also known for its art district where you will find some of the most beautiful artwork created by local artists.
You will fall in love with all the nature you can handle with this property, surrounded by National Parks you can take in the inspiring beauty of over 270 waterfalls in Pisgah National Forest, you will also be able to enjoy hiking or biking the many trails in the area.
You can jump on the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway and stop and take in all the inspiring views of the peaks and valleys of Western North Carolina at the many overlooks. Don't forget to grab a kayak and spend a day going down the beautiful French Broad River or one the many waterways in the area.
Even though you are nestled away on top of a private mountain you can still enjoy all the amenities of home with a convenience store only 7 minutes away and a major grocery store (Ingles) with a Starbucks in it only 10 minutes away, and all while being only 20 minutes from downtown Asheville where you can take in one of the many local eateries, Asheville is known for having a wonderful variety of local restaurants with some of the best food you will find.
The house has all you need to feel like you are at home with everything to enjoy your stay. The living room has seating for 6 with a 55" Flat Screen TV and views of the mountains. The dining room seats 6 also with mountain views 3 bar stools that are in a fully equipped kitchen that includes a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of dishes and cookware. A washer and dryer are on-site as well. The Master bedroom has a King size bed, 42" TV, walk-in closet and en-suite. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Size bed, closet, dresser, 32" TV and views of the mountains. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin beds, walk-in closet, 32" TV and mountain views. Enjoy all the beautiful mountain views from a fully outfitted extra-large deck that has a table with 4 cushioned chairs and 4 rocker/swivel chairs with cushions for seating for up to 8. All you need is your desire to get away from a busy life and relax in a beautiful mountain retreat.

Some area attractions include the Biltmore Estate, the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Asheville Adventure Park, microbreweries, art galleries and of course, the Chocolate Lounge! The main attraction of the mountains is all around in Asheville...it seems that there are views of mountains at every turn.

A four-wheel drive, all-wheel drive or front-wheel drive vehicles are recommended.
Please note that the property is at the top of the mountain so driving up is a little steep.
If you know how to drive in the mountains then this really isn’t an issue, take your time and drive up at around 7-9 mph you will go right up.
The drive up the mountain and the driveway are gravel.
