« We booked this hotel because it was near family we were visiting and it had decent reviews. What a terrible experience.
The lady at the front desk when we checked in seemed highly annoyed that we were bothering her. (The ladies at the desk the next morning were very nice - which is why I'm giving three stars instead of one).

« 8mins away from another La Quinta. The comparison is like Jekyll and Hyde. To start, all pet rooms are on one floor. Also is seems to be the same floor everyone smokes on as per cleaning staff. There are full time residents there’s so that’s also a red flag. The elevator offers doors that do not fully close with broken tiles as you enter. The main lobby also smell like trash as you enter. The pet floor smells worse. The rear of the first floor has flooded carpet floors like they drained a pool....
