On the ground floor: A large, bright living/dining room opening onto a pleasant southeast-facing terrace, a brand new, fully equipped kitchen, and a utility room with a shower, washing machine, and dryer. There is also a separate WC.

Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, including a master suite with a queen-size bed (160 cm), an en-suite bathroom with WC opening onto a wooden balcony overlooking the Bay. A second bedroom with a single bed (80 cm), a third bedroom with two single bunk beds (80 cm) and a washbasin, and a fourth bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a Bay view.

In addition, there is a separate shower room with WC.

A pleasant, enclosed garden of approximately 600 m² with access to the pond and a gas griddle.

Parking is available in the garden.

End-of-stay cleaning is included (cleaning the griddle is not included and is the responsibility of the tenant). Fiber optic Wi-Fi is available.
