Evenings are particularly magical, with ample space for drinks or a barbecue as the sun sinks into the sea. Inside, the villa is practical and comfortable, with two en-suite bedrooms on the main level and a bright living-dining area upstairs to make the most of the views.

Agios Nikitas itself is a delight, with a pretty beach and a good choice of tavernas that quieten pleasantly after dusk. The villa is also ideally placed for exploring Lefkada’s varied charms, from traditional mountain villages to the island capital’s lively atmosphere and the famous beaches of the west coast, including Mylos and Porto Katsiki. For larger groups, Villa Athina can be booked together with neighbouring Villa Valia.



This 2-bedroom villa (sleeps 2–4) features a ground-floor open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with a Smart TV, opening onto the garden and terrace. The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, hob, and Espresso machine. Both the double bedroom (180cm bed) and the twin bedroom (2 x 90cm beds, convertible to a double) have en-suite shower rooms with WCs and direct access to the terrace, offering a bright and comfortable space for couples or small families.
