« This property was great. Communication was great and I always got quick responses. Loved the apartment. It was clean and had everything I needed. The only thing I had trouble with was the process of finding the key and locating the room. The whole process was a bit confusing, a the key box is in a completely different building from the apartment and the buildings are not super clearly marked. I do feel that the company did its best with an outline of how to find everything which incuded photos....
« Location was convenient and room was comfortable. Desk was often unmanned, with note suggesting they were dealing with another guest.When available, however, staff were friendly, informed, and helpful. »
« Really liked the hotel , room very small but I was just sleeping in it. Stayed one night for a concert at the Thunderbird Cafe and Music Hall and it only took 3 minutes to walk to the venue so itâs a great location if your going there⊠very cool vibe to the place . Only suggestion is small in room fridge would be nice . Other than that no complaints »
« I seed in several comfort in suites in this seem to be one of the worst awful that Iâve stayed in. The parking lot was a total mess. You could hardly see where the turn was in order to go into the area if you are naughty Pittsburgh driver you would have no idea The rudeness of the other drivers. »
« Slightly older looking but the staff more than made up for any shortcomings of the actual property room clean and comfortable.. I will be staying there again »
