Functionally furnished for travelers from around the world, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

Open on three sides, the apartment is very bright and offers excellent privacy, as well as a picturesque view of the lake and mountains visible from all rooms.

🛏️ THE ROOMS

The apartment is located on the fourth and top floor, which makes it particularly quiet.

All rooms feature FIBER WIFI, among the fastest in the city, as well as a NETFLIX subscription for some entertainment.

First bedroom – LAKE VIEW 🌊

You’ll find a king-size bed (180x200) made of sturdy solid wood, with a comfortable 25 cm-thick mattress.

The two double-drawer nightstands are equipped with elegant bedside lamps, electrical outlets, and USB and USB-C ports.

Opposite the bed is a 40" wall-mounted Samsung TV, a minimalist-style storage cabinet, and a small shoe rack.

Rounding out the space is a designer chandelier with adjustable light intensity.

Second Bedroom – MOUNTAIN VIEW ⛰️

The spacious second bedroom offers views of the San Martino mountains and faces a charming bell tower.

It features a double bed with a comfortable 25-cm-thick mattress, two nightstands equipped with elegant table lamps, electrical outlets, USB and USB-C ports, as well as ample closet space.

There is also a bench, a full-length mirror, and a large wall-mounted mirror.

🛋️ OPEN-SPACE LAKE VIEW

A harmonious and bright OPEN-SPACE with a full LAKE VIEW integrates the living area with the kitchen, blending relaxation and practicality into a single space.

The entertainment area features a 50" SAMSUNG SMART TV with NETFLIX and a 3-seater sofa bed that, when needed, converts into a comfortable double bed (204x140 cm), equipped with an additional memory foam mattress topper.

A niche has also been created for using a computer or simply reading.

On the opposite side, set slightly back, there is a large wall-mounted mirror (220x100 cm).

The room is air-conditioned and features various pieces of furniture and storage spaces for guests’ use.

A large French door leads to the main terrace, where you can enjoy your time admiring the charming Ramo di Lecco. 🌊

🍳 KITCHEN

The kitchen area, seamlessly integrated with the living area, was designed with valuable advice from female travelers.

To ensure an efficient and comfortable experience, mid-to-high-end materials and appliances were selected. And practically nothing is missing. ;-)

The modern kitchen, equipped with numerous storage compartments, features:

In the center of the kitchen, the dining table faces a panoramic window that allows you to admire the lake while you eat.

Depending on the time of year, you can watch boats passing by, sailing regattas, sports activities such as kiteboarding and windsurfing, and, not infrequently, even a seaplane or two.

A second French door leads to the second balcony.

🪟 COMFORT AND WINDOWS

Throughout the house, the new windows feature a vasistas opening mechanism, soundproof double-pane glass, and electronically adjustable blinds controlled by a remote.

A hallway separates the living area from the charming bathroom.

🚿 BATHROOM

The bathroom enjoys excellent natural light that reflects off the mosaic tiles in the spacious shower stall, equipped with a large dual-jet showerhead featuring a waterfall spray and a separate flexible handheld showerhead: a real gem!

The bathroom features a vanity unit with a countertop sink and a designer mirror, a bidet, a toilet, a hair dryer, a radiator, shelves, and various storage surfaces.

A washing machine and dryer are also available for guests.

Each guest will receive a set of three towels of various sizes, a complimentary shower gel and shampoo kit, and a dispenser with “Delicato” hand soap
