The villa has 5 comfortable bedrooms, accommodating up to 10 people. Each bedroom can be configured with a double bed or two single beds, offering great flexibility. The 4 modern bathrooms, one of which is shared between two bedrooms, ensure all the necessary comforts. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with individual air conditioning for a comfortable stay, even on hot summer days. Recently renovated, the fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals with ease (dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, ice maker). You can enjoy your meals either in the indoor dining room or on the outdoor terrace, where a gas barbecue is available for convivial moments outdoors. The large, wooded grounds invite you to relax, with a superb terrace overlooking the private pool and sun loungers to soak up the sun. An ideal space to spend time with family or friends. The villa also has a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities. If you are passionate about sailing or water sports, we also have a mooring buoy on the large Cala Rossa beach with a shuttle service for your boat. Guest access: Guests have access to the entire house, including the bedrooms, the large living room, the kitchen, and the terrace overlooking the golf course.
