ROOM FOR THE WHOLE GROUP

Coastal décor, comfortable furnishings, and flexible sleeping arrangements make everyone feel at home.

• Primary bedroom: King bed, an additional queen bed, and an adjoining full bathroom.

• Second king bedroom: King bed and an adjoining full bathroom.

• Third king bedroom: King bed with access to a full bathroom shared with the bunk room.

• Bunk bedroom: Queen-over-queen memory foam bunk beds, plus a twin-over-full bunk with a twin trundle.

• Private den: Two futons, a large TV, and French doors that close for privacy. Bedding is provided. This sleeping space is best suited to children or younger guests.

The home features 3.5 bathrooms, including a convenient half bath off the kitchen with access to the pool area.

Inverness is approximately 10 minutes away, with groceries, shopping, restaurants, a movie theater, and a charming downtown to explore. Enjoy a peaceful retreat with everyday conveniences within easy reach.

EXPLORE FLORIDA’S NATURE COAST

Homosassa and Crystal River are approximately 15–20 minutes away, offering plenty of opportunities for adventure.

Kayak or paddleboard through spring-fed waterways, enjoy a guided manatee encounter, book a fishing charter, explore scenic trails, or spend the afternoon golfing. Seasonal scalloping trips offer another memorable way to experience the coast.

• Sleeps up to 18 guests. Please review the sleeping arrangements to ensure they suit your group. The den futons are best suited to children or younger guests.

• Optional pool heat is available for $20 per day. The target temperature is 82–88°F; however, cold nights and winter weather may prevent the pool from reaching that range.

• Paradise Palms is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please keep noise considerate of neighboring homes, especially outdoors.
