'The property sits in quiet area very close to mtsu. The units are well insulated. My partner and I are both light sleepers and we weren’t bothered by street sounds or other guests. My only complaints were the mattress felt like a stack of cold waffles and the pull out bed was more of a cot than a bed but overall still a great stay!'

'We had a wonderful stay at this charming apartment-style hotel in Waco. The property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Its location is perfect—just minutes from the Baylor University campus and convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. One of the highlights was how easy it was to access the hotel. 'It is a lovely unit. I was traveling with elderly parents and the shower/tub didn’t have a mat. It was very slippery for them. The unit was super clean. It is next to the highway. You can’t hear any traffic in the back bedroom, but you do in the front bedroom. However, it wasn’t a bother for us and a sound machine was provided. We loved the ability to do laundry too!'

'I travel a lot- and this was definitely in my top stays! We were in town for a concert and this was perfect. The host was gracious and allowed us to check in early and the place was beautiful. I was very impressed- it had everything you could need! I will definitely be visiting again when in town for concerts!'
