'Excellent accueil Chambre impeccable. '

'I have stayed in many high end hotels throughout the world and I have to say that this experience was superb from start to finish. Staff could not have been more professional and helpful. The room was superb and the setting was also great. All rooms are individually designed and the building dates back to the 15th century, so is characterful in many regards. If you're in Chambéry and you want a really good place to stay, I would strongly recommend this hotel.'

'Check-in with the guy was good. The room was not good; airconditioning did not work while we were on the top floor and it was 31 degrees outside! Toilet kept flushing, it was very annoying. The door key did not work, so for 2 days in a row we had several issues. Some ligths were not working properly. Patricia from the reception was very nice and helpful. However I would not recommend this hotel'
