Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, our house can accommodate up to 8 travellers thanks to its convertible sofa! Enjoy a spacious living room, perfect for socialising, a generous dining room for shared meals, and a reading corner with library (Collaborative library: "come with your books, leave with ours") for moments of peace and quiet. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen opens onto an intimate terrace, perfect for sunny breakfasts or dinners under the stars.

At night, two bedrooms await you: a master suite with double bed and wardrobe, and a playful bedroom with four bunk beds, ideal for children or friends. A WC and separate bathroom complete the comfort.

The property has extensive grounds and a secure 1300 m² fishing pond. Let your children enjoy a fenced-in play area, shared with our adorable little sheep. An idyllic setting to recharge your batteries and create precious memories.

Located just 25 minutes from the Grand Parc du Puy du Fou and 5 minutes from Cholet, our house is the base camp for your explorations. In the surrounding area, you can also discover the majestic châteaux of the region, the historic sites of the Vendée war and, for music lovers, the famous Hellfest site.
