Chalet des Momes is an OVO Network property. It is a four bedroom, three bathroom chalet for eight guests, spread over three floors and 156m2 of floor space.

The OVO Network team’s opinion -

The chalet is in a great location for those who prefer to be in the calm. It has views across to the pistes in Chinaillon, with easy and quick access to the village, via ski bus or car. 

We feel Chalet des Momes will especially appeal to families with young children who may have lessons in the morning and then want to head back to the chalet in the afternoons. But then again, the snow park and off piste/ parapenting possibilities make Chinaillon an interesting base for more experienced sports enthusiasts too. 

The picture window in the living room frames beautiful views, all year round, and the terrace off the main living space is a total suntrap.

The mezzanine bedroom overlooks the dining table and kitchen. The space can be made more cosy and private by drawing the thick floor to ceiling curtains. It has its own shower room, other guests head downstairs to bed, apart from the two guests using the mezzanine.

The outdoor spaces at the chalet mean that guests can dine, read, relax in the jacuzzi, sunbathe, play boules on the area to the front of the chalet, or take in the natural beauty of the local waterfall not far from the chalet.

IMPORTANT: the spa is a Scandinavian bath. Instructions will be provided by the manager on arrival.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

If you cancel your booking and are due a refund, we will deduct any third party payment processing or foreign exchange fees related to the booking that we have been charged from the amount refunded.
