Our residence is in a fantastic SKI-IN location just 200m from the lifts and 600m from the resort centre. Offering a heated indoor pool, private ski lockers, and equipped kitchenette, and more, you'll find everything you could want at a reasonable price when you stay here.

Set in a beautiful spot in the upper part of the ski resort among larch trees, this residence is located 600m from the resort centre and shops and offers doorstep skiing with the nearest ski lift just 200m away. During summer, this is an ideal spot for climbers, mountain bikers, and hikers. We even offer FREE guided hikes during July and August!

• Our duplex space has 4 BEDROOMS which features a Double bed in the first bedroom, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, and a bedroom with a Bunk bed. You'll find a Sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate additional guests.
• There is 1 BATHROOM, 1 shower room & 2 toilets. A kit of bathroom linen (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel) is available for €8/set. On-site laundry machines are available for an additional charge.
• After skiing, retreat to our cozy LIVING SPACE. Curl up on the sofa and enjoy local programming on our TV. In the early evening, step out onto the balcony or patio and enjoy the fresh air. Wi-Fi is available for free at the reception.
• In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Residence L'Orée des Pistes where our 58m2 space is conveniently located. These include the games room, ski lockers, and the shared indoor pool. Relax your sore muscles in the on-site sauna for €6/session/person or €25/5 sessions/person.

Outdoor parking is available on-site for 1 vehicle/accommodation.

LOCAL FAVOURITES

If you don't feel like cooking, our favourite place to eat is Pronto Pizza, just a 4 minute drive away! The ski school, Ecole du Ski Français, is located just a 3-minutes away. A bit further away at a 17-minute drive, VIAIPI Altitude is a great place to stop for a mid-ski snack

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
• Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €300, a small daily eco tax charged per person per day, and a small daily tourist tax charged per person per night
• The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one condo to the next, but all are finished to a great standard! If you have a specific request, please inform our team upon booking and we will be happy to add a request to your reservation
• Prebook baby equipment (cot, high chair, bath) for €25/stay or €8/day
• If you’d like to bring a pet, please let us know when booking and we may be able to accommodate them for €12/night. You must supply proof of vaccinations and dogs must be kept on a lead at all times within the residence grounds
• Relax in the sauna for €6/session/person or €25/5 sessions/person
• A kit of bathroom linen (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel) is available for €8/set
• Request an end of day cleaning (excluding the kitchenette) for €70/apartment
