« Very well located resort, nice view of the ocean, confortable suite, safe area. However, there was NO SERVICE at all. We phoned the day before arriving to verify that it was opened, and we had a confirmation. We arrived at 5:45pm, and the front desk and everything else was closed. We were fortunate to find the security guard that was able to give us the keys. But EVERYTHING was closed and we had to drive 25 min. to find a restaurant at night at Knysna. « Bathroom not really isolated from the room and apartment not well idolated for the noise in common places. A bit outside the plaisant restaurant zone (around 15 minutes by walk). Nevertheless, it is clean and service is good. »

« The rooftop patio view is amazing. You can really admire the mountains. Very safe (face recognition at all entrances). Small but complete gym. »

« We arrived very late to check in and they were so graceful about it. The place was gorgeous and in perfect condition. Definitely worth a second visit. Just wish they would ease their rules up a bit. »

« Great property and great location, as an apartment it just works, good security & parking, great little balcony, shutters, all worked great for me. Air con/heater also effective thank you. Small things, the concrete roof didn’t seem to be finished which was a bit odd in this beautiful apartment and I would probably leave a tiny bit of sunlight soap for guests just to wash a cup or two especially for longer stays. Everything else is there so would be a nice touch. »

« Amazing staff who communicated well and were extremelyhelpful. Amenities like the washing machine was helpful. The place carries noise from other rooms such as the TV or loud conversations but it still felt quiet enough after 10 pm. As its in the centre, there are more people outsides. The pool was small but atill ice and has a view of table mountain »
