Located in Buisson-de-Cadouin, La Bergerie is a spacious 110 m² holiday home, ideal for a getaway with family or friends. You can accommodate up to 6 people thanks to two comfortable bedrooms, a modern bathroom, additional toilets, and a bright living room equipped with two single sofa beds.



The house features a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine with dryer, and a workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for remote work. For families, a baby cot and a high chair are also provided. The living room has a wood stove, and the bedrooms are equipped with an air-to-air heat pump for heating or air conditioning, ensuring comfort in all seasons.



Outside, you can enjoy a private garden, a covered terrace and an open-air terrace, a playground, an outdoor shower, and a ping-pong table. You also have access to a fenced shared pool, ideal for cooling off and relaxing safely. The property offers several parking spaces and a secure environment for a peaceful stay.
