'We were a group of 21 family members of all ages and had all 9 bedrooms in the villa. The location is great (if you want to be at the south of Lake Garda), the villa is beautiful. The host, Michele, and his wife are very friendly and they will provide a delicious breakfast and dinner upon request. Kitchen is beautiful and functional. 'We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Sirmione with a group of 8 (5 adults and 3 children aged 10). The property was spotlessly clean, spacious, and exceptionally well appointed. 'We stayed here as a group of 10 and it was perfect for us. There was plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable, and to gather in to spend time together. The house was spotless and equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The beds were comfortable, linens were fresh and plentiful. It felt like we were in a luxury hotel! 'We had the most amazing time here. The view of the lake is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, the grounds are lovely and the swimming pool is perfect. And the location is great too - perfect for getting to Alto Garda and Basso Garda. It's also good for crossing the lake on the traghetto. We heartily recommend this villa.'
