Welcome to the cozy Residence Moky with swimming pool and garage, in a quiet and central area, a little south of the old town of Lazise.
The holiday flat Moky A1 is a mezzanine and has been renovated and furnished in a comfortable and functional way.

Bright living and dining room with dining table and a fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, oven, German filter coffee machine, Moka, toaster, kettle, large fridge with freezer compartment, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
There is a large comfortable sofa bed 160cm x 190cm, flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and double French door access to the private terrace and west-facing garden. There is a big garden table and chairs.
Large bedroom with a double bed 160cm x 190cm, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and double French door access to the east-facing rear garden. The second bedroom has a bunk bed for two 80cm x 190cm and a wardrobe. It is suitable for up to 6 people with the possibility of a small travel extra bed or travel cot. In the bathroom there is a shower, bidet, toilet, washbasin, hairdryer, and washing machine. A money safe, clothes rack, ironing board, and iron are available. All windows are fitted with shutters.

This flat is ideal because there is always sunshine whenever you want, either in the front in the enclosed garden or in the back garden with two deck chairs and a small table and chairs. It is located next to the communal swimming pool (12mx4m) which is open from june to september (depending on the weather).
In addition, the property has a parking space in the underground garage.

Residence Moky offers everything for a relaxing holiday and is in a very convenient location, in just 15 minutes walk you can reach the historic center and the historic walls of the Scaliger Castle and also the famous beaches of Lazise.

Check-out at 10.00 am.

- Late check-in: after 19.00 € 30,00 will be charged / after 22.00 € 50,00 will be charged.

- Bed linen and towels: € 12,50 per person per change or you can bring your own and save on the final price. Advance booking required
- Pets are welcome on request, + € 20,00 per pet for the whole stay.
- Early check-in or late check-out is possible ONLY upon request and availability. It can be communicated only two days before arrival/departure, additional costs will be applied.
