You have the whole house and yard to yourselves, including both kitchens, the hot tub, the grill, the laundry room, the garage, and the fenced backyard. Self check-in with the front door keypad starts at 4:00 PM. There is free parking in the garage and driveway.



The Neighborhood:

The home sits in a quiet residential neighborhood on the east bench of Layton, Utah, in Davis County, near the foot of the Wasatch Mountains. Adams Canyon trailhead and its waterfall hike are close by. Hill Air Force Base is a short drive north. Layton has plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping nearby. Lagoon Amusement Park, Antelope Island State Park, Snowbasin Resort, Ogden, and downtown Salt Lake City are all within day trip range.



Getting Around:

A car is the best way to get around. Approximate drive times:

- Adams Canyon trailhead: 5 minutes

- Hill Air Force Base: 10 to 15 minutes

- Lagoon Amusement Park: 15 to 20 minutes

- Downtown Ogden: 25 minutes

- Antelope Island State Park: 30 minutes

- Downtown Salt Lake City: 30 to 35 minutes

- Salt Lake City International Airport: 35 to 40 minutes

- Snowbasin Resort: 40 to 45 minutes

Park in the garage or driveway, not on the street. This matters most in winter when snowplows come through.



Other Things to Note:

- Check-in is 4:00 PM. Checkout is 10:00 AM. A short checkout list is posted in the home.

- One well-behaved dog may be allowed with approval. A pet fee applies. Please pick up after your dog in the yard.

- Kids and infants are welcome.

- No smoking and no parties or events.

- After grilling, turn off the grill and close the propane valve.

- Please keep the hot tub cover on and secured when not in use.

- Trash pickup is Friday morning. If your stay includes a Thursday night, please roll the bins to the curb.

- The home has multiple levels with stairs.

- No street parking, especially in winter.
