'It was nice and clean, in a great location. The only issue was one of the reception staff was very dismissive of my concern that the cleaner did not check my door was closed and locked, when I returned for the night I opened the door without using my card, therefore my valuables has been exposed to anyone who can just walk in.'

'This is an old, tired hotel in need of renovation. Also the late shift staff is anything but helpful. For one, this hotel has no lift which is a pain if you arrive with heavy luggage, and the evening staff decides to give you a second floor room, and subsequently doesn't offer to help you carry the heavy luggage upstairs.
