Cosy studio in the Sumene tower

Welcome to our charming cosy studio of 24 m2 located on the 6th floor with lift in the Sumène residence in the heart of the Lioran ski resort.

This perfectly equipped accommodation is located at the foot of the slopes and in the heart of the shopping gallery of the ski resort.

You will find in the entrance a storage cupboard with vacuum cleaner and iron.

A bathroom with shower, toilet, hair dryer and washing machine will also be at your disposal.

To welcome you in a cosy spirit, you will find an elegant mountain corner with its 2 superimposed beds in 80x190.

The living room is open to the kitchen area and will offer you a view of the mountains of the eagle's beak and the Venus nipple (parking side). You will have at your disposal a convertible sofa type clic-clac in 140x190.

The equipment is numerous and will allow you optimal comfort: fondue and raclette appliance, immersion blender, dishes, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, oven, refrigerator/freezer, kettle, toaster....).

Baby bed included. No high chair.

Collective WiFi included.

Non-smoking accommodation.

Bed linen and towels not included but possible to rent via our agency at the price of 20 euros per person.

Animals not included.

Ski storage room included with the rental.

45 euros of administrative fees are to be expected.

A non-debited deposit of 300 euros will be requested upon your arrival.

The cleaning package is not mandatory but can be offered to you upon request at the price of 48 euros.
