« Extremely disappointed in the Residence Inn Fort Smith, AR. It was dirty, the walls were spot painted and looked terrible. The air was not working in the exercise room (consistently 85 degrees in there). Asked for a luggage rack to set our suitcase on and the manager said “ oh, I think I know what you’re talking about, that would be useful.” When we got there our room it was hot so when we turned the air down the thermostat said “wait.” When I went to the front desk he said “it should kick on in...

« There was a problem with their reservation system so I had to wait 30 minutes in the lobby for the clerck to do something. She was really nice and trying to fix it but it was bad to wait for so long . There should have a back up plan for such situation »
