'The apartment is in a great location and has spectacular views. It is well maintained and the staff at the apartment complex are kin and helpful. There is 4 hour meter parking locally as well as garages if needed and you can walk to the Metro and just about anything you need. '

'I used to work for the University of Maryland and was back in town for commencement. I enjoyed staying in this apartment for a few days during my trip. The space was very clean and the listing was exactly as described. It was pretty easy to take public transportation or Lyft wherever I needed to go. Just make sure you're okay with being in a basement with people living upstairs. It's not 100% quiet because of that but if you don't mind then this is an awesome place to stay.'

'We had such a great stay at the property. Everything was clean and welcoming. It was the perfect little place/space for my wife my 3 yr old son and myself. The street parking in the area was also good. We were able to find a spot right around the corner. The location of the property in relation to a lot of the sites in Fells Point was perfect as well. I would definitely stay here again. Couple of things worth noting so you go in fully informed: the apartment is undergoing significant renovations in apartments. You will likely hear construction works during day time hours. One day of my stay the water was off due to construction (building tenants had been notified, but not...
