Villa's in Latiano

'Vittorio ist ein absolut perfekter Gastgeber! Sehr hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war ein Traum. Das Haus perfekt. Alles sehr sauber. '

'After a long journey, we arrived at this countryside retreat to find minimal parking and overwhelming noise. Upon entering, an extremely loud party with children was underway. Reception was completely unmanned; messaging the number on the desk just caused the phone sitting right there to buzz with no one to answer. We had to go upstairs and locate a catering staff member to help us check in. Our top-floor room in the main building (Suite Andronaco) was directly above the function room, making...

'I arrived to the city and was able to check in at the office which is in the center city not near the apartment. After the check in process was complete I was told the apartment was ready to check in. I was given directions and a map link to the apartment. Both were confusing and took through a long way with a lot of stairs and hills and brought to the wrong place. After finally getting to the apartment. I found it was really run down and dirty. And I went to take a shower and found the shower...

'The host was very attentive even before our arrival, offering to make us dinner when he heard we'd be arriving late. There were several things we wished for that the home did not offer, such as a toaster, some salt, an air fryer, and he brought these to us almost immediately. There were some problems with electrical outages due to a storm, and he was in communication and fixing problems as quickly as he could. The pool was very refreshing after long days with lots of walking exploring the Puglia...

'Pros: Ottima pulizia, ospitalità, punto strategico. Ci ritorneremo'

'Pros: The kitchen and space directly outside made for lovely evening meals with the lighting turning the area into a magical space. The host was very kind and responsive doing all he could to make sure we enjoyed our stay Cons: The house was very new and there were clearly some things that needed finishing. We enjoyed cooking in the house but it could be incredible with a few additions. We would recommend the hosts live in it a little while to work out some of the practical things that might...

'Maison parfaite,spacieuse,bien située,au calme,propre'

'We had an excellent stay. Centrally located, easy access to the town 5 minutes away as well as major SP’s. We stayed a full 2 weeks, beautiful property and loved walking through the olive trees in the rear of the home. Excellent communication with the owner/manager. '
