'We loved our stay at Penelope Villas, the villa was very well kept, spacious, modern, well equipped and in a great location. With just 4 villas it was quiet, but literally a 5 minute drive from Sami main promenade with a great selection of restaurants and shops. The only issue was the air con wasn’t working properly but the owners were very quick to get it fixed. 'Op de plaatjes lijkt t een alleenstaand huis, maar dat is niet zo, er is een buurthuis (met ook gasten), pal achter de afscheidingsmuur. En er is veel omgevingsgeluid, bv veel blaffende honden. Mooi uitzicht vanaf 1e verdieping, aan t zwembad zit je ingesloten tussen de muren, wat wel weer goed is tegen de wind. Verder fijn huis, en geluiddichte ramen. Grote bbq buiten. 'The villa is ideally located, well-equipped, clean, and welcoming. The owner/manager (Dionisios) was there to meet us despite a delayed flight and couldn't have been more friendly or accommodating. We only needed to contact him once during our stay, and in under a minute (literally), he had someone there to rectify the problem.Bottom line, everything about this villa and Dionisios was perfect - Thank you!'

'The house was lovely but communicating with the owner was appalling. She never ever answered emails. Finally I had to call the website and at last located someone who could help and so I could arrange checking in etc. However there was no information available in the house about either workings of the house itself (lights, locks etc) or local contacts and possible places to visit (which would have been nice). The only time we met someone who appeared to know anything about the house and woman...

"Het hotel is schoon. Het is een hotel gebouwd in 1981. De badkamer is klein, maar dan ook echt klein. De douche te klein om goed te kunnen douchen. Maar verder geen opmerkingen daarover. Het ontbijt genoeg keuze, alleen de koffie is ronduit slecht, oploskoffie. Dat verwacht je niet in een hotel met zo een kamerprijs! "

"The hotel is on a hill. We only went there by car, it was too hot for us to walk up and down. The road itself is not great quality and is steep, so it can be a bit scary to drive up for some drivers. Just take your time. The view from our room and the swimming pool area was great. The bar service is very nice too. You can order a range of rood and cocktails. The Standard room we had was just that, standard. Could use some extra decorations because it was so bare it had an echo. Also only 2 electrical sockets, and none of them naar the bed. Aircon, fridge and bathroom in good condition and a decent mattress."
